Refund policy

At Maison WK Paris, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee under our returns policy (Australian Consumer Law), starting from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, unless the item is faulty.
  • Accessories (such as brushes and applicators) must be returned in their original, unopened sealed packaging.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@maison-wkparis.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Please post the parcel within 14 days of receiving our response.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund is complete.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the product. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges (for example, for a different colour shade) are available under the same conditions as returns. The new item will be shipped to you once we have received the original product.
