These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all orders placed on the website au.maison-wkparis.com, operated by Maison WK Paris. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products and Prices

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Prices are shown in Australian dollars ($ AUD), inclusive of all taxes (GST), and exclude delivery fees.

Maison WK Paris reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

To place an order, the customer selects their products, provides their contact details, chooses a delivery method, and proceeds to payment. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email.

Maison WK Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with a customer, suspected fraud, or if a product is out of stock.

4. Payment

Payment can be made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Shop Pay. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments using an encrypted SSL protocol. Maison WK Paris does not store any credit card information.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms and timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are indicative only. A delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or order cancellation, except in cases of delays exceeding 30 days.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under our returns policy (Australian Consumer Law). You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that for hygiene and health protection reasons, this policy does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened cosmetics). This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Liability

Maison WK Paris cannot be held liable for the non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortages, force majeure, or total or partial disruption of services, particularly postal, transport, and communication services.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (text, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Maison WK Paris or its partners. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

10. Personal Data

The information we collect is necessary to process your order. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the Australian courts of competent jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We are committed to resolving any disputes efficiently and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may wish to seek advice from your local state or territory consumer protection agency or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
