We ship Australia-wide. For any international shipping enquiries, please contact us beforehand at contact@maison-wkparis.com.

Free Gift with Orders Over $50 AUD

For all orders over $50 AUD delivered within Australia, a free gift will be automatically added to your cart.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST from Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel in real-time using the link provided.

Incomplete, Damaged, or Lost Deliveries

If you encounter an issue with your delivery:

• Damaged Parcel: Please note any damage with the carrier upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
• Missing Item: Please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the parcel and its contents.
• Lost Parcel: We will launch an investigation with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund.

Customs Duties (International Orders)

For deliveries outside of Australia, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
